Challenges in Process:

They were having an issue of website, contact us page, Facebook integration. As they were not using any Zoho product and having no knowledge about Zoho bigin application. They wanted to streamline the whole process of leads management through Zoho bigin. Apart from this there were other key challenges:

Solution: Implementing Zoho CRM and Inventory

  • Zoho BIGIN:

    Zoho Bigin is simple, user-friendly customer relationship management (CRM) software designed for small businesses. It helps manage sales pipelines, track leads, and streamline communication with customers. With features like task management, customizable pipelines, and reporting, Zoho Bigin offers an intuitive interface to help businesses manage their sales process efficiently, all within an affordable solution. It integrates well with other Zoho applications and third-party tools, making it a versatile choice for growing teams.

  • Creating Roles and profile in zoho BIGIN:

    We have created roles and profiles and given permission to the roles as per the requirement shared by the client. We have created the roles of founder, Business development head and business development manager. Gave all the permission to all users for every module user except deletion permission and explained the same to the client.

  • Importing data from the data sheet:

    Currently they were managing all the data over excel and all leads were maintained over the excel sheet. So, we created the necessary fields in zoho bigin and imported all the data in zoho BIGIN. And explained them how to create leads in zoho BIGIN and save the data for future.

Addressing Key Challenges:

  • Integration of website with zoho bigin : They wanted to integrate their website contact us page with zoho bigin as their leads were coming from there website. But there was no contact us page on their website which we were required for integration. Currently we are unable to do so as their website contact us form is under development.
  • Integration of Facebook with Zoho BIGIN: As a lot of leads they were getting from Facebook as a result they wanted to integrate Facebook page with Zoho Bogon. Initially we faced a lot of challenges because they were not able to recall their Facebook password. And after facing challenges like there were 2-3 pages associated with their Facebook account. We were able to do integration of Facebook with ZOHO Bigin.
  • IVR Integration with Zoho BIGIN: We explained to them how an IVR integration works. And we have shared a number of vendors who provide IVR integration. They were in talks with vendors and once they purchase the vendors as per their requirement then they will reach us for IVR integration.
  • Email Templates for sending the updates to customer when the status is changed over the leads: They wanted to trigger email when the status of their lead is changed. For that we will be requiring email templates, but they did not have any email templates for that they will work on templates and provide the same to us then we will trigger those Email with every status.
