As Mitta Group providing two different installment plans:
Occasional Scheme Plan
In this plan, they can provide the installments as per their offers in the festive season. For ex. 2 installment or 5 Installment. It totally depends upon the Mitta Group how many installments they want to offer.
Standard Plan
In Standard plan they have fixed 10 installments from the time of Construction of the building till the delivery to the customer.
